Nggak heran jika akhir-akhir ini kamu memutuskan untuk sering ambil lembur demi\u00a0tambahan uang di akhir bulan.<\/p>\n<p>Meski iming-iming uang lembur menggiurkan, ada bahaya yang mengintai kalau dilakukan keseringan. Alih-alih panen uang lemburan di akhir bulan, malah kesehatanmu yang jadi taruhan. Sudah banyak lho\u00a0kasus kematian akibat bekerja terlalu keras. Yuk, camkan dulu\u00a0efek buruk yang bakal menimpamu kalau terlalu sering lembur\u00a0berikut.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Meski duduk adalah posisi yang rileks dan nggak melelahkan, tapi kalau dilakukan berjam-jam lamanya jelas mendatangkan banyak keburukan<\/h3>\n<p>Kelihatannya memang enak dan nyaman, tapi tahukah kamu?\u00a0Duduk terlalu lam<strong>a<\/strong>\u00a0akan memperlambat aliran darah sehingga lemak pun nggak terbakar sempurna. Akibatnya, lemak akan menumpuk di otot dan pembuluh darah.\u00a0Hal ini akan meningkatkan risiko tekanan darah tinggi, kolesterol hingga masalah jantung. Selain itu, posisi yang nggak nyaman saat duduk bikin tulang leher dan punggung menegang. Jika dibiarkan terlalu lama, maka akan menimbulkan nyeri dan\u00a0masalah postur tubuh\u00a0yang berkepanjangan.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Mata juga nggak akan luput dari gangguan, terlebih jika kamu bekerja di depan layar dalam waktu lama<\/h3>\n<p>Menatap layar komputer atau laptop terlalu lama tentu punya efek yang nggak bagus bagi kesehatan mata. Belum lagi jika pekerjaanmu membutuhkan ketelitian seperti memeriksa laporan atau melakukan perhitungan matematis misalnya. Otomatis mata akan dipaksa untuk bekerja ekstra padahal juga butuh diistirahatkan sementara. Jika diterus-teruskan, gangguan mata seperti pegal, perih, hingga gatal nggak akan terhindarkan lagi. Kamu yang punya mata minus pun berisiko meningkat angkanya.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Pola makan jadi kacau dan nggak teratur, jangan heran kalau makin hari makin melar saja tubuhmu<\/h3>\n<p>Meski sebenarnya nggak ada niatan buat makan selepas pukul 6 sore, mulut nggak akan nolak mengunyah ketika disodori camilan. Ngemil jadi obat yang pas buat menghilangkan kantuk saat mengerjakan tugas lemburan. Kamu pun akan terbiasa makan di malam hari dan nggak jarang langsung tidur begitu saja tanpa memberi jeda pencernaan melakukan tugasnya. Melewatkan sarapan dan makan banyak di siang hingga malam hari sudah jadi hal biasa buatmu. Akibatnya, metabolisme tubuh jadi kacau lantaran pola makan yang berubah dan nggak teratur. Jangan heran kalau makin hari makin melebar saja tubuhmu.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Nggak hanya pola makan, jam tidurmu pun bakal berantakan. Mengantuk di kantor bakal sering kamu rasakan<\/h3>\n<p>Sudah bisa dipastikan ketika seseorang terlalu sering lembur, maka jam tidurnya pun bakal jadi berantakan. Padahal, kita dianjurkan untuk tidur malam selama 6-8 jam seharinya untuk bisa me-<em>refresh<\/em>\u00a0tubuh dan memperbaiki kerja organ. Karena keseringan lembur dan nggak cukup tidur, maka waktu ideal ini nggak akan tercapai. Jangan bingung kalau keesokan harinya kamu jadi ngantuk dan kelelahan. Alhasil daya konsentrasi bakal menurun, kerja pun jadi nggak maksimal.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Karena kebutuhan tubuh nggak tercukupi saking sibuknya lemburan, akhirnya kekebalan jadi menurun dan gampang sakit \u2018kan?<\/h3>\n<p>Ketika hidupmu dihabiskan di kantor untuk kerja, kerja dan kerja, bukan nggak mungkin kalau kebutuhan pribadimu pun jadi luput dari perhatian. Mulai dari telat makan (atau bahkan berlebihan), sering begadang, kurang tidur, malas bergerak, dan semua keburukan-keburukan yang bercampur jadi satu. Kalau sudah begini, jangan harap sistem pertahanan tubuhmu bakal kuat menanggung semuanya. Karena kelelahan yang bertumpuk-tumpuk sementara tubuhmu nggak siap menghalaunya, kamu pun bakal sering nge-<em>drop<\/em>\u00a0dan jadi mudah sakit.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Otak yang terus-terusan dipaksa berpikir keras akan menimbulkan stres hingga depresi. Dari sini bukan nggak mungkin kamu jadi berhalusinasi<\/h3>\n<p>Laptop saja kalau dipakai terlalu lama bisa lemot bahkan nge-hang. Apalagi otak manusia?\u00a0Dampak terburuknya, bukan hanya kesehatan fisik yang terganggu, tapi juga kesehatan mental yang mengintai sewaktu-waktu. Tekanan besar pada\u00a0<em>deadline\u00a0<\/em>atau tingkat kesulitan pekerjaan yang terus memaksa otak untuk berpikir keras lama kelamaan akan menimbulkan stres hingga depresi.\u00a0Ketika otak sudah terlalu keras ditekan, pikiran semakin kacau, dan bukan mustahil kamu jadi berhalusinasi dan melihat yang enggak-enggak.
