Foto: Balistung<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;Biarkan anak memilih sendiri, dapat membantu anak lebih tertarik mencoba makanan baru,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<div id=\"bn_l5371yarqr9\" data-data-w=\"0\">\n<div id=\"bn_djCAsWYg9c\" data-i=\"0\" data-data-w=\"542\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dokter yang juga mengajar sebagai dosen luar biasa di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Airlangga\u00a0tersebut menyarankan orang bisa memvariasikan tekstur dan bentuk makanan agar lebih menarik.<\/p>\n<p>Dia mencontohkan orang tua bisa menggunakan cetakan lucu atau sajikan dalam bentuk menarik, misalnya dengan kreasi crepes isi sayuran dan telur, serta membuatkan cocolan seperti buah dicocol dengan yoghurt atau sayur dicocol saus kacang buatan sendiri.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hindari memaksa anak untuk makan, tetapi tawarkan pilihan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dokter Lucy mengatakan orang tua bisa menggunakan metode &#8220;sembunyikan gizi&#8221;, seperti mencampurkan sayuran ke dalam makanan favorit anak.
