{"id":241715,"date":"2025-03-05T13:32:09","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T06:32:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=241715"},"modified":"2025-03-05T14:22:19","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T07:22:19","slug":"kemenkes-kebiasaan-makan-manis-saat-bukber-jadi-tantangan-lawan-obesitas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/03\/05\/kemenkes-kebiasaan-makan-manis-saat-bukber-jadi-tantangan-lawan-obesitas\/","title":{"rendered":"Kemenkes: Kebiasaan Makan Manis saat Bukber jadi Tantangan Lawan Obesitas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Kemenkes: Kebiasaan Makan Manis saat Bukber jadi Tantangan Lawan Obesitas<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Jakarta, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\">Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> | Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) menyebut budaya masyarakat yang gemar banyak makan makanan manis saat buka bersama (bukber) menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam menghadapi obesitas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBudaya-budaya (makan manis) dalam masyarakat, kalau kita tidak tahu (bahayanya) itu bisa berpotensi untuk kemudian terjadinya kondisi-kondisi daripada penyakit tidak menular,\u201d kata Direktur Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Tidak Menular Kemenkes Siti Nadia Tarmizi dalam temu media di Jakarta, Selasa.<\/p>\n<p>Nadia mengatakan budaya makan makanan manis dapat terlihat ketika memesan minuman berupa teh di tempat makan. Kebanyakan orang tidak peduli apabila minuman yang datang berupa teh manis dengan gula yang cukup banyak.<\/p>\n<p>Kebiasaan lainnya yakni langsung memakan makanan manis secara berlebihan sebagai bentuk pelampiasan atas rasa lapar karena berpuasa. Makanan manis itu bisa berupa takjil seperti es buah ataupun kolak yang rasanya amat manis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau misalnya kita lihat anjuran Nabi Muhammad, makanan manis itu sebenarnya kurma kan? kurma itu manis tapi tidak membahayakan kita, jadi itu yang harus kita pastikan,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/01\/25\/kemenkes-kasus-tb-hiv-tahun-2024-meningkat-jadi-17-136\/\">Kemenkes: Kasus TB HIV Tahun 2024 Meningkat jadi 17.136<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nadia menjelaskan masyarakat tetap dapat mencicipi takjil yang manis, selama makanan itu tidak dikonsumsi dalam jumlah yang berlebihan. Termasuk dalam mengonsumsi makanan asin.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menyoroti seringkali makanan yang dimasak di rumah rasanya cenderung asin karena dimasak dalam porsi yang besar.<\/p>\n<p>Masyarakat pun diingatkan agar dapat mengatur konsumsi gula, garam dan lemak agar tetap dalam batas yang wajar, yakni empat sendok makan gula per hari, satu sendok teh garam per hari dan lima sendok makan minyak untuk asupan lemak per hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi tetap bahwa kita selalu walaupun kita berpuasa, sesuai dengan kebutuhan kalori kita, tetap kendalikan gula garam lemak kita, karena bukan berarti bahwa kita berpuasa itu, kemudian kita harus memenuhi kebutuhan dan gizi kita 2 kali lipat lebih banyak atau berlebihan,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Masyarakat juga diminta agar tetap memenuhi cairan tubuh dengan meminum delapan gelas air atau setara dengan dua liter air sehari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau dia puasa kadang orang jadi suka minumnya cuma dua gelas kan? kadang-kadang minumnya, padahal harusnya tetap kita beri asupan cairan setelah berbuka puasa,&#8221; ujar Nadia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/02\/10\/menkes-tinjau-langsung-program-pemeriksaan-kesehatan-gratis-di-surabaya\/\">Menkes Tinjau Langsung Program Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Gratis di Surabaya<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan data Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) milik Kementerian Kesehatan, pada tahun 2023 prevalensi obesitas pada penduduk di atas usia 18 tahun sebesar 23,40 persen. Angka tersebut naik dari tahun 2007 yakni 10,50 persen.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan tren obesitas terus meningkat yakni gaya hidup yang malas bergerak hingga pola makan yang tidak teratur.<\/p>\n<p>Obesitas juga diketahui dapat menjadi pencetus dari sejumlah penyakit tidak menular seperti stroke, penyakit jantung iskemik, PCOS, diabetes hingga hipertensi.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai langkah mengendalikan obesitas, Kementerian Kesehatan menjalankan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 63 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan Permenkes Nomor 30 Tahun 2013 terkait pencantuman informasi kandungan gula, garam, lemak untuk pangan olahan dan pangan siap saji.<\/p>\n<p>Kementerian Kesehatan juga memasifkan pesan kesehatan tentang batas maksimum konsumsi gula, garam dan lemak
