Aru Wisaksono Sudoyo, SpPD-KHOM, FINASIM, FACP saat ditemui usai diskusi \u201dKanker Tidak Menunggu, Kenapa Kita Menunggu? Deteksi Dini, Selamatkan Hidup\u201d di Jakarta Pusat pada Rabu.<\/p>\n<p>Aru menjelaskan, pembagian waktu ideal puasa intermiten adalah 16\/8 atau 16 jam berpuasa dan 8 jam makan. Makan yang seimbang, ada sayur, buah, karbohidratnya jangan banyak-banyak, protein, yang penting jangan kebanyakan daging merah,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Diet puasa intermiten bisa dilakukan lima hari dalam seminggu, selang-seling, atau pola jadwal lain sesuai keinginan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat menjalani puasa di bulan Ramadhan, Aru menganjurkan berbuka puasa hanya dengan minum air putih dan mulai mengonsumsi makanan berat setelah ibadah shalat tarawih.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi begitu maghrib cuma minum air putih, karena baru 12 jam kan.
