Banyak orang beranggapan untuk mendapatkan nutrisi yang lengkap, kita harus mengonsumsi makanan mentah.<\/p>\n<p>Padahal, anggapan tersebut tidak sepenuhnya benar. Kita tetap bisa mendapatkan nutrisi yang cukup dari makanan yang diolah dengan benar.<\/p>\n<p>Dokter spesialis gizi lulusan Universitas Indonesia dr Marya Haryono, MGizi, SpGK, FINEM menyebutkan dalam mencukupi\u00a0makanan bergizi\u00a0dan seimbang, masyarakat tidak harus memakan makanan yang memiliki nutrisi dari makanan mentah. Hanya saja, kita tidak bisa memaksa kita harus makan makanan yang mentah karena kondisi buruk yang kita belum tentu tahan nantinya,\u201d kata Marya Haryono di Jakarta, beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan tidak terlalu adanya pengetatan atau pengkotak-kotakan makanan, menjadikan masyarakat dapat mudah untuk memenuhi nutrisi mereka dalam menyempurnakan makan bergizi dan juga seimbang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. \u201cJadi, sejauh masih makanan ini layak dimakan dan tidak basi, kita berharap sebenarnya ini masih ada nilai gizinya,\u201d kata\u00a0dia.<\/p>\n<p>Bahkan menurut dia, memasak dengan cara apapun memiliki potensi untuk merusak kandungan nutrisi yang ada di dalam makanan tersebut. Sehingga, masyarakat tidak merasa terbebani ketika ingin mengonsumsi makanan.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut dia juga menjelaskan, cara penyimpanan makan juga memiliki potensi untuk merusak kandungan nutrisi atau gizi yang terdapat dalam makanan yang nantinya hendak dikonsumsi oleh mereka. Pada umumnya &#8220;Isi Piringku&#8221; menggambarkan porsi makan yang dikonsumsi dalam satu piring yang terdiri atas 50 persen buah dan sayur, dan 50 persen sisanya terdiri atas karbohidrat dan protein.<\/p>\n<p>Kampanye yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan ini guna menekankan dan juga membatasi gula, garam, dan lemak dalam konsumsi sehari-hari.
