Minuman ini dapat menyegarkan dan menghidrasi tubuh setelah malam yang panjang, membantu proses pencernaan, dan mendetoksifikasi tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Metabolisme yang berjalan lebih awal dan cepat, dapat meningkatkan proses pembakaran lemak, termasuk yang menumpuk di perut.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Olahraga<\/h3>\n<p>Melakukan aktivitas fisik ringan di pagi hari sangat efektif untuk membakar lemak di perut. Tidak perlu latihan yang berat, cukup melakukan yoga, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), kardio, dan bersepeda sudah cukup.<\/p>\n<p>Berolahraga di pagi hari dapat meningkatkan metabolisme dan mendorong oksidasi lemak.
