Pola Makan yang Seimbang<\/strong><br \/>\nMengurangi lemak tubuh bukan berarti menghindari lemak sepenuhnya. Justru, tubuh membutuhkan lemak sehat seperti yang terdapat pada alpukat, kacang-kacangan, dan ikan salmon. \u201cKurangi konsumsi makanan olahan yang tinggi gula dan lemak trans.
