Pada kenyataannya, sebuah studi mengungkapkan nilai gizi keju berpotensi bermanfaat bagi penanda tertentu yang berhubungan dengan sleep apnea.<\/p>\n<p>Dilansir Hindustan Times pada Kamis (16\/1\/2025), sleep apnea adalah gangguan tidur yang menyebabkan pernapasan berhenti dan mulai berulang kali selama tidur. Hal ini terjadi ketika seseorang terbangun di malam hari secara tiba-tiba, merasa sesak napas, dan mengambil napas panjang.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut sebuah studi yang diterbitkan dalam Journal of Sleep Medicine, sebuah makanan yang mengejutkan dapat membantu mengurangi risiko gangguan ini, yaitu keju.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam penelitian tersebut, para peneliti menguraikan bahwa kesehatan metabolik dan kardiovaskular yang buruk meningkatkan risiko sleep apnea, tetapi nutrisi dalam keju memengaruhi faktor-faktor ini.<\/p>\n<p>Studi ini meneliti partisipan berdasarkan penanda biologis yang berhubungan dengan sleep apnea, seperti aspartate aminotransferase, urea, cystatin C, globulin pengikat hormon seks, testosteron, dan tekanan darah diastolik.
