Namun,\u00a0<em>Bloomberg<\/em>\u00a0mencatat banyak studi yang meneliti dampak jangka pendek berbasis laboratorium, dan terutama melacak respons dalam skala waktu beberapa menit hingga beberapa jam.<\/p>\n<p>Kini,\u00a0<em>Bloomberg<\/em>\u00a0dan rekan-rekannya mencoba menganalisa dampak jangka pendek dari aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan nyata. Peneliti melibatkan 76 orang dewasa berusia 50-83 tahun, dan yang tidak mengalami gangguan kognitif atau demensia.
