Gangguan itu mencakup berbagai ketidaknormalan dalam ritme detak jantung, dari detak yang terlalu cepat hingga terlalu lambat.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1676964519200-0\" data-google-query-id=\"CLWU__6wwYgDFQocgwMdL4QdqA\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/12890435\/republika-desktop-detail-text_0__container__\">&#8220;Kondisi ini dapat mengganggu fungsi jantung dalam memompa darah secara efisien,&#8221; jelas dokter spesialis jantung dan pembuluh darah RS Siloam TB Simatupang,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Yoga Yuniadi, lewat keterangan tertulis, Jumat (13\/9\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Dia menerangkan, aritmia jantung adalah kondisi saat detak jantung tidak mengikuti ritme normalnya. Aritmia ini dapat mengganggu aliran darah ke organ vital dan meningkatkan risiko komplikasi serius seperti stroke, gagal jantung, dan kematian mendadak akibat jantung.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga menerangkan, berbagai faktor dapat memicu aritmia jantung. Penyakit jantung koroner adalah salah satu penyebab utamanya, yang terjadi ketika penyempitan atau kerusakan pada pembuluh darah jantung mengganggu aliran darah dan aktivitas listrik jantung.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kelainan struktural jantung seperti penyakit katup atau kardiomiopati juga dapat memicu aritmia dengan mengubah bentuk atau fungsi jantung,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Gangguan elektrolit, seperti ketidakseimbangan kalium, natrium, atau kalsium, memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi aktivitas listrik jantung. Kondisi medis lain, termasuk hipertensi dan diabetes, dapat memperburuk risiko aritmia.<\/p>\n<p>Penggunaan obat-obatan tertentu dan konsumsi alkohol atau kafein yang berlebihan juga dapat memicu gangguan ritme jantung. Mengadopsi gaya hidup sehat adalah langkah utama, antara lain dengan menjalani diet yang seimbang seperti banyak mengonsumsi buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran yang kaya serat makanan atau minuman rendah lemak, dan melakukan olahraga secara teratur.<\/p>\n<p>Menghindari alkohol dan kafein juga dia sebut merupakan salah cara untuk\u00a0 mengurangi risiko pemicu aritmia. Selain itu, untuk mengelola faktor risiko kardiovaskular seperti hipertensi, diabetes, dan kadar kolesterol tinggi, pengobatan yang tepat dan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin juga sangat penting untuk dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mengelola stres dan menjaga berat badan ideal juga berperan penting pada faktor kesehatan jantung.
