Dokter spesialis fisik dan rehabilitasi dr Melda Sp KFR menjelaskan, olahraga memang tak akan membuat seseorang muda selamanya. Dengan melakukan olahraga, Melda mengatakan, proses penuaan seseorang akan lebih sukses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Secara teori, penuaan yang sukses ditandai dengan terhindar dari penyakit dan disabilitas. Kemudian tetap memiliki fungsi kognitif yang cukup serta memungkinkan seseorang berfungsi dengan baik secara fisik di masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Melda juga memaparkan bahwa\u00a0olahraga\u00a0yang dapat memberikan efek bagi tubuh adalah kombinasi antara aerobik dan\u00a0<em>strength training<\/em>\u00a0yang dilakukan berkisar 150 sampai 2.000 menit per pekan. &#8220;Olahraga\u00a0<em>strength training<\/em>\u00a0sebenarnya\u00a0<em>nggak<\/em>\u00a0sulit. Kita bisa gunakan alat-alat sederhana yang ada di rumah.
