{"id":216667,"date":"2024-07-10T12:32:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-10T05:32:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=216667"},"modified":"2024-07-10T11:45:53","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T04:45:53","slug":"jokowi-teken-keppres-pemberhentian-tidak-hormat-hasyim-asyari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2024\/07\/10\/jokowi-teken-keppres-pemberhentian-tidak-hormat-hasyim-asyari\/","title":{"rendered":"Jokowi Teken Keppres Pemberhentian Tidak Hormat Hasyim Asy&#8217;ari"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Jokowi Teken Keppres Pemberhentian Tidak Hormat Hasyim Asy&#8217;ari<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Jakarta, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\">Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> | Presiden Jokowi telah menandatangani Keppres Nomor 73P tertanggal 9 Juli 2024 tentang pemberhentian dengan tidak hormat Hasyim Asy&#8217;ari sebagai Ketua KPU RI.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Menindaklanjuti Putusan DKPP dan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum, Presiden telah menandatangani Keppres Nomor 73\/P tanggal 9 Juli 2024, tentang pemberhentian dengan tidak hormat saudara Hasyim Asy&#8217;ari sebagai anggota KPU masa jabatan periode 2022-2027,&#8221; kata Koordinator Staf Khusus Presiden, Ari Dwipayana kepada wartawan, Rabu (10\/7\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Jabatan Ketua KPU kini kosong setelah Hasyim dipecat oleh Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) atas kasus dugaan asusila terhadap Anggota Panitia Pemilihan Luar Negeri (PPLN) Belanda di Den Haag berinisial CAT. Pengambilan putusan Plt Ketua KPU RI itu berdasarkan Peraturan KPU Nomor 5 Tahun 2022.<\/p>\n<p>DKPP sebelumnya menjatuhkan sanksi berat berupa pemecatan terhadap Hasyim Asy&#8217;ari. DKPP meminta Jokowi menindaklanjutinya paling lambat tujuh hari setelah putusan diketut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Presiden RI untuk melakukan putusan ini terhitung 7 setelah putusan ini,&#8221; pungkasnya.
