Kondisi itu terjadi pada saluran pencernaan yang menghubungkan mulut dan lambung, dan dapat menyebabkan iritasi.<\/p>\n<p>Naiknya asam lambung dapat menimbulkan sensasi seperti terbakar (<em>heartburn<\/em>) di ulu hati atau di antara dada dan pusar. Perubahan pola makan yang teratur<\/strong><br \/>\nSalah satu penyebab asam lambung naik adalah waktu makan yang berantakan. Buat jadwal makan yang teratur setiap hari dan hindari makanan pedas, berlemak, dan berkafein. Makanlah dalam porsi kecil dan frekuensi lebih sering dibandingkan makan dalam porsi besar sekaligus<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Beri jeda setelah makan<\/strong><br \/>\nJangan langsung berbaring, apalagi tidur setelah makan. Beri jarak waktu setidaknya 3 jam setelah makan, baru boleh berbaring atau pergi tidur. Langsung berbaring setelah makan bisa membuat asam lambung naik ke tenggorokan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Menghindari makanan pemicu<\/strong><br \/>\nSejumlah makanan bisa memicu asam lambung naik, misalnya makanan berlemak karena tubuh membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk mencerna. Selain makanan berlemak, makanan lain yang memicu penyakit itu antara lain kopi dan buah yang asam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pola tidur<\/strong><br \/>\nHindari tidur setelah makan. Jika penyakit sedang kambuh, tidurlah dengan kepala dan bahu lebih tinggi dari tubuh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Kurangi berat badan<\/strong><br \/>\nJika Anda kelebihan berat badan, menurunkan berat badan dapat membantu mengurangi gejala.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.
