Bareskrim Geledah Kantor Ditjen EBTKE ESDM Terkait Kasus Dugaan Korupsi PJUTS<\/h1>\n

JAKARTA, Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> – Bareskrim Geledah Kantor Ditjen EBTKE ESDM, Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) buka suara perihal aksi penggeledahan yang dilakukan Direktorat Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Dittipidkor) Bareskrim Polri di kantor Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi (EBTKE).<\/p>\n

Adapun penggeledahan tersebut menyangkut kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan dan pelaksanaan proyek Penerangan Jalan Umum Tenaga Surya (PJUTS) tahun 2020.<\/p>\n

Kepala Biro Klik Kementerian ESDM Agus Cahyono Adi membenarkan aksi penggeledahan tersebut. Menurutnya, saat ini pihaknya terus mendukung Kepolisian dan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) lainnya dalam penegakan hukum di sektor ESDM.<\/p>\n

“Kebetulan hari ini Tim dari Bereskrim datang ke Kementerian ESDM guna memperoleh data\/informasi untuk melengkapi data yang sudah ada untuk kepentingan penyidikan, dan berlangsung kondusif dan lancar,” kata Agus kepada media, Kamis (4\/7\/2024).<\/p>\n

“Informasi selanjutnya terkait substansi bukan menjadi kewenangan kami dan dapat ditanyakan langsung kepada pihak Kepolisian,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Direktorat Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Dittipidkor) Bareskrim Polri dikabarkan tengah mengusut kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan dan pelaksanaan proyek Penerangan Jalan Umum Tenaga Surya (PJUTS) tahun 2020 oleh Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi (EBTKE) Kementerian ESDM. Kasus ini diduga merugikan negara hingga Rp 64 miliar.<\/p>\n

Hal itu disampaikan oleh Wakil Direktur Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Wadirtipikor) Bareskrim Polri, Kombes Arief Adiharsa. Namun, dia menyebut nilai pasti kerugian negara terkait kasus itu masih dalam proses perhitungan ahli.<\/p>\n

“Untuk nilai kontrak wilayah tengah saja sekitar Rp 108 miliar. Dugaan sementara nilai kerugian sekitar Rp 64 miliar, saat masih dalam proses perhitungan oleh ahli,” kata Arief.<\/p>\n
