Menikmati musik juga dapat menurunkan detak jantung, menurunkan tekanan darah, menurunkan kadar hormon stres) serta meningkatkan serotonin dan endorfin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Meningkatkan suasana hati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Musik dapat meningkatkan produksi hormon dopamin di otak. Peningkatan produksi dopamin ini membantu meredakan perasaan cemas dan depresi. Musik diproses langsung oleh amigdala, yaitu bagian otak yang terlibat dalam suasana hati dan emosi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Mengatasi rasa sakit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dengan mengurangi tingkat\u00a0stres\u00a0dan memberikan stimulus persaingan yang kuat terhadap sinyal nyeri yang masuk ke otak, terapi musik dapat membantu manajemen nyeri. Musik dapat mengurangi intensitas nyeri yang dirasakan, terutama pada perawatan geriatri, perawatan intensif, atau pengobatan paliatif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Menghilangkan stres dan redakan depresi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ada hasil studi yang menyebutkan bahwa mendengarkan musik dapat menghilangkan stres dengan memicu pengurang stres biokimia.
