Zulhas Pastikan RPH Wajib Punya Sertifikat Halal Per Oktober 2024<\/h1>\n

Jakarta, Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> — Menteri Perdagangan Zulkifli Hasan memastikan, semua rumah potong hewan (RPH) harus memiliki sertifikat halal per Oktober 2024 mendatang.
\n“Semua [RPH] harus ada sertifikasi halal. Oktober sudah tidak ditawar-tawar lagi, semua harus sertifikasi halal,” kata Zulhas saat berkunjung ke salah satu RPH di kawasan Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur, Sabtu (4\/5).<\/p>\n

Kata Zulhas, sertifikasi halal ini penting dilakukan untuk memastikan keamanan dan kebersihan hewan potong bagi para konsumen.<\/p>\n

Dalam prosesnya, pengawasan untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal ini juga akan dipantau ketat.Hewan potong, lanjut Zulhas, harus memenuhi standar kebersihan, sehat, serta halal.<\/p>\n

“Halal, sehat, bersih. Niatnya agar sekali lagi konsumen bisa mendapat hewan yang higienis. Itu kira-kira intinya. Pokoknya Oktober enggak boleh ditawar-tawar lagi, semua [RPH] pakai sertifikat halal,” kata dia.<\/p>\n

Berlaku untuk semua
\nSertifikasi halal untuk unggas dan hewan potong ini berlaku untuk semua. Sertifikasi halal ini juga berlaku untuk penjual hewan potong rumahan di semua daerah di Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Pengusaha hewan potong rumahan, lanjut Zulhas, bisa mengurus sertifikasi halal bersama pengusaha lain, tidak perlu perorangan.<\/p>\n

“Semua. Sekarang enggak boleh sembarangan, termasuk hewan kurban. Makanya, semua harus dipotong di rumah potong. Kalau yang kecil-kecil itu bisa gabung [untuk urus sertifikasi halal],” kata dia.<\/p>\n

“Nanti bisa kalau dia potong-potong kecil bisa bareng, bersama-sama jadi semacam satu kelompok untuk dapat sertifikat halalnya,” kata dia.<\/p>\n

Zulhas menegaskan, proses pengurusan sertifikasi halal harus dilakukan sesegera mungkin. Pihaknya juga memastikan agar proses pengurusan sertifikasi halal ini tak disulitkan oleh berbagai pihak.<\/p>\n
