Faisal Parlindungan Sp.PD mengatakan saat menghadapi cuaca panas agar mengurangi konsumsi\u00a0kafein\u00a0seperti\u00a0kopi\u00a0karena dapat meningkatkan risiko dehidrasi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam wawancara tertulis dengan ANTARA, Jumat (3\/5\/2024), dijelaskannya kopi memiliki sifat diuretik yang berarti dapat meningkatkan frekuensi buang air kecil dan menyebabkan tubuh kehilangan lebih banyak cairan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMinum kopi dalam jumlah moderat umumnya tidak berbahaya bagi orang yang sehat,\u201d kata dia.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_209711\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-209711\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-209711\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ilustrasi-kopi_169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ilustrasi-kopi_169.jpeg 650w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ilustrasi-kopi_169-300x169.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-209711\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hindari Dehidrasi! Kurangi Kafein Saat Cuaca Panas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Namun perlu diingat efek\u00a0dehidrasi\u00a0kopi bervariasi pada setiap orang. Faktor-faktor seperti jumlah kopi yang dikonsumsi, tingkat aktivitas fisik, dan kondisi kesehatan individu dapat memengaruhi tingkat dehidrasi.<\/p>\n<p>Faisal juga menjelaskan dehidrasi akibat kopi tidak dirasakan langsung karena efeknya yang lebih halus dibandingkan dehidrasi karena\u00a0diare\u00a0atau muntah.<\/p>\n<p>Sebaiknya, konsumsi banyak air putih untuk mengatasi dehidrasi derajat ringan saat\u00a0musim panas\u00a0untuk menjaga kesehatan sesuai dengan aktivitas individu dan kondisi cuaca.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPada umumnya diperlukan minimal 8 gelas atau 2 liter air putih per hari. Gunakan juga topi dan kacamata hitam untuk melindungi mata dari sinar matahari.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHindari aktivitas fisik di luar ruangan selama jam-jam terpanas hari itu. Gunakan\u00a0<em>sunscreen<\/em>\u00a0dengan SPF minimal 30 untuk melindungi kulit dari paparan sinar matahari,\u201d saran Faisal.<\/p>\n<p>Jika ingin beraktivitas di luar ruangan, usahakan keluar rumah pada pagi hari atau sore hari ketika cuaca lebih sejuk. Beristirahatlah di tempat yang teduh dan sejuk, jika perlu berenang atau mandi air dingin juga dianjurkan untuk menurunkan suhu tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Dari aspek lingkungan, Faisal memberi saran untuk menjaga ventilasi ruangan terbuka agar udara segar bisa masuk, gunakan kipas angin atau pendingin ruangan jika memungkinkan, dan gunakan penutup jendela atau tirai untuk menghalangi sinar matahari masuk ke dalam ruangan.\u00a0<strong>rpblk<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hindari Dehidrasi!
