Kejagung Sita Mobil Lexus dan Vellfire Milik Harvey Moeis<\/h1>\n

Jakarta, Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> | Kejagung kembali menyita mobil mewah tersangka Harvey Moeis terkait kasus dugaan korupsi tata niaga timah di wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Timah tahun 2015-2022.<\/p>\n

Direktur Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus Kuntadi mengatakan dua mobil yang disita yakni Lexus dan Toyota Vellfire.<\/p>\n

“Dua (mobil) punya HM (Harvey Moeis), itu yang Lexus dan Vellfire ya,” ujarnya kepada wartawan, Jumat (19\/4\/2024).<\/p>\n

Selain aset milik Harvey, Kuntadi mengatakan pihaknya juga turut menyita dua kendaraan milik tersangka lainnya yaitu Direktur Utama PT SBS, Robert Indarto (RI), yakni mobil Mercy dan Toyota Zenix.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut, Kuntadi menuturkan saat ini pihaknya juga masih mendalami kepemilikan arloji mewah yang di kediaman Harvey Moeis pada saat penggeledahan Senin (1\/4\/2024) kemarin.<\/p>\n

“Itu masih berproses. Kita koordinasi sama Badan Pemulihan Aset, barang-barang yang kita selanjutnya akan diserahkan ke Badan Pemulihan Aset,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya Kejagung telah menyita sejumlah barang bukti milik Harvey Moeis pasca menggeledah kediaman Harvey di Pakubuwono, Jakarta Selatan.<\/p>\n

Kapuspenkum Kejagung Ketut Sumedana mengatakan penggeledahan dilakukan penyidik Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus untuk mengonfirmasi keterangan sejumlah tersangka dan saksi lainnya.<\/p>\n

Ia merincikan dari hasil penggeledahan itu penyidik turut menyita beberapa barang bukti elektronik, sekumpulan dokumen terkait, serta 2 buah unit mobil mewah. Yakni mobil Mini Cooper S Countryman F 60 berwarna merah dan mobil Rolls Royce berwarna hitam.<\/p>\n

Kejagung telah menetapkan 16 tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata niaga timah di IUP PT Timah. Mulai dari Direktur Utama PT Timah 2016-2021, Mochtar Riza Pahlevi Tabrani hingga Harvey Moeis sebagai perpanjangan tangan dari PT Refined Bangka Tin.<\/p>\n

Kejagung menyebut nilai kerugian ekologis dalam kasus ini diperkirakan mencapai Rp271 Triliun berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari ahli lingkungan IPB Bambang Hero Saharjo.<\/p>\n

Nilai kerusakan lingkungan terdiri dari tiga jenis yakni kerugian ekologis sebesar Rp183,7 triliun, ekonomi lingkungan sebesar Rp74,4 triliun dan terakhir biaya pemulihan lingkungan mencapai Rp12,1 triliun.<\/p>\n
