Jakarta,Nawacita.co\u00a0 ( 15\/02)\u00a0 Dalam\u00a0 rangka implementasi Peranturan Menteri Koordinator Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (Permenko) No 2\/2008 tentang Pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja Pegawai di Lingkungan Kemenko PMK, Kemenko PMK) menggelar acara sosialisasi di lingkungan kerja Menko PMK pada Kamis pagi (15\/02). Acara Sosialisasi\u00a0 Permenko No 2\/2018 dipimpin oleh Seskemenko PMK, YB Satya Sananugraha.<\/p>\n

Pada kesempatan itu Seskemenko PMK menjelaskan tentang isi permenko tersebut yang memuat penghitungan komponen capaian kinerja, penghitungan komponen integritas, penghitungan komponen kehadiran, dan pembayaran tunjangan kinerja.<\/p>\n

\u201cPenilaian tunjangan kinerja pegawai di Kemenko PMK memperhitungkan komponen kinerja yang dinilai setiap Triwulan, integritas yang dinilai setiap triwulan, dan kehadiran yang dinilai setiap bulan,\u201d papar Seskemenko.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut Sesmenko juga menyampaikan bahwa perhitungan penilaian tunjangan kinerja komponen capaian sasaran kinerja pegawai (SKP) dilakukan oleh atasan langsung. Pengukuran capaian SKP berdasarkan rencana aksi triwulanan. Sedangkan terkait dengan bisnis proses penilaian dan pembayaran tunjangan kinerja, Sesmenko mencontohkan pembayaran TUKIN TW III, misalnya, menggunakan pernilaian kinerja dan iIntegritas TW I serta Kehadiran TWIII bulan yang bersangkutan dengan menggunakan perhitungan penilaian \u00a0kinerja dan Integritas bulan Januar-Maret tahun berjalan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
