Atmarita MPH menyarankan pemudik untuk istirahat setiap dua sampai tiga jam sekali selama 15-20 menit untuk menghindari kondisi statis tubuh selama perjalanan mudik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSecara umum biasanya mengambil istirahat setiap 2-3 jam, waktu istirahat bisa 15-20 menit supaya tidak terjadi kondisi statis tubuh,\u201d kata Atmarita melalui pesan singkat yang diterima ANTARA, Jumat.<\/p>\n<p>Kondisi statis tubuh bisa terjadi karena posisi seseorang yang tidak berubah dalam waktu cukup lama yang mengakibatkan tubuh bisa menjadi kaku.<\/p>\n<p>Pakar kesehatan masyarakat dan epidemiolog ini juga mengatakan istirahat yang cukup saat melakukan perjalanan mudik juga dibutuhkan untuk mencegah kelelahan fisik yang bisa berakibat kurangnya konsentrasi hingga kecelakaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPrinsipnya istirahat cukup, kalau lelah kemungkinan konsentrasi berkurang, dan bisa terjadi kecelakaan,\u201d tulisnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain istirahat, pemudik juga diimbau untuk selalu mematuhi protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah kemungkinan tertular penyakit selama perjalanan. Mulai dari selalu membiasakan mencuci tangan hingga menggunakan masker saat berada di tempat umum.<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengatakan dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan bagi diri sendiri, penyakit bisa dicegah selama perjalanan.<\/p>\n<p>Atmarita juga mengatakan masyarakat tidak perlu khawatir terhadap isu penyakit menular yang sedang merebak di masyarakat seperti Flu Singapura selama pemerintah belum memberlakukan status peringatan terhadap penyakit tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, pencegahan seperti yang pernah dilakukan saat pandemi COVID-19 dapat dilakukan kembali sebagai benteng pertahanan dari segala macam penyakit yang mungkin ada karena pergerakan penduduk saat mudik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalau sudah 3-4 kali vaksin waktu COVID dulu nggak perlu lagi (vaksin), tapi pemerintah belum ada peringatan, kalau mau dikaitkan dengan mudik lebaran bisa saja jadi pandemi karena pergerakan penduduk, tapi dapat dicegah dengan cara-cara yang sudah pernah dilakukan pada waktu COVID,\u201d begitu penjelasan\u00a0Atmarita.\u00a0<strong>antr<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Istirahat 15-20 Menit Saat Mudik: Cegah Statis Tubuh dan Nyeri Otot Jakarta, Nawacita &#8211; Ahli gizi dari Persatuan Ahli Gizi Indonesia (PERSAGI) dr.
