Lebih dari itu, umat Muslim juga dianjurkan untuk menghindari hal-hal yang makruh.<br \/>\nMelakukan hal-hal yang makruh bisa mengurangi pahala puasa. Apa saja hal-hal yang bisa mengurangi pahala puasa?<\/p>\n<p>Puasa seyogianya menjadi momen untuk melatih pengendalian diri, pengorbanan, rasa empati, yang diiringi perubahan diri untuk menjadi seorang Muslim yang lebih baik.<\/p>\n<p>Selain beberapa hal yang dapat membatalkan puasa, ada juga hal-hal lain yang harus dihindari karena dapat mengurangi nilai ibadah. Beberapa di antaranya bahkan bisa jadi sering dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Mengeluh lapar dan haus<\/strong><br \/>\nBerpuasa menjadi ujian bagi umat Muslim untuk tidak mengeluh terhadap apa pun, termasuk rasa lapar dan haus. Tingkatkan keteguhan hati dalam menjalankan ibadah puasa.<\/p>\n<p>Daripada mengeluh lapar dan haus, akan lebih baik jika Anda mengingat berkah yang telah didapatkan selama ini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Memeluk dan mencium suami atau istri<\/strong><br \/>\nMeski sudah dianggap sah, tetap saja memeluk atau mencium suami\/istri bisa mengurangi nilai ibadah puasa. Kasih sayang fisik selama puasa dianggap dapat merusak esensi ibadah dan bisa mendorong munculnya hawa nafsu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Tidur terus<\/strong><br \/>\nBanyak orang menghabiskan waktu berpuasa dengan tidur. Hal ini dilakukan agar menunggu waktu bedug Magrib jadi tidak terasa menyiksa.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, menghabiskan waktu berpuasa hanya untuk tidur bertentangan dengan yang dilakukan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Anda dianjurkan untuk tetap melakukan aktivitas seperti biasa selama berpuasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Bicara sembarangan<\/strong><br \/>\nPembicaraan yang bersifat negatif memang tak membatalkan puasa, tapi dapat mengurangi pahala yang didapat. Misalnya saja bergosip, berbohong, bergunjing, bertengkar, mengutuk, hingga berbicara kasar dan menyakiti orang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Kebiasaan bergosip juga tersemat\u00a0dalam ayat suci Al-Qur&#8217;an surat Al-Hujurat ayat 12. Ayat ini menyebutkan bahwa membicarakan orang lain sama dengan memakan bangkai saudara sendiri.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hai orang-orang yang beriman, jauhi-lah kebanyakan prasangka, karena sebagian dari prasangka itu dosa. Dan jangan-lah mencari-cari keburukan orang dan jangan-lah menggunjingkan satu sama lain. Adakah seorang di antara kamu yang suka memakan daging saudaranya yang sudah mati? Maka tentu-lah kamu merasa jijik kepadanya. Dan bertakwa-lah kepada Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Penerima Taubat lagi Maha Penyayang.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Mencicipi masakan<\/strong><br \/>\nMencicipi masakan jadi salah satu kebiasaan saat Anda menyiapkan menu buka puasa sendiri. Kebiasaan ini dilakukan untuk mengoreksi rasa.<\/p>\n<p>Namun ingat, hal ini bersifat makruh. Pasalnya, apa pun yang dicicipi berisiko tercampur dengan air liur dan tertelan hingga masuk ke dalam perut.<\/p>\n<p>Sebisa mungkin hindari hal-hal yang mengurangi pahala puasa di atas.
