Sebagai informasi, sistem deduksi pada kartu merupakan bagian pada sistem bank dan dikelola terpisah dengan peralatan tol. Sehingga hal ini memungkinkan terjadinya perbedaan data pada operator jalan tol dengan pihak bank penerbit kartu,&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>demikian isi klarifikasi Jasa Marga<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Terkait dengan\u00a0<em>complain handling<\/em>, Desi mengatakan melalui\u00a0<em>corporate communication<\/em>\u00a0menjelaskan jika ini\u00a0sudah merupakan SOP Jasa Marga, untuk tidak diperkenankan menerima laporan atau keluhan di gardu.<\/p>\n<p>Bahwa laporan yang diterima akan diteruskan oleh petugas gardu kepada pengawas untuk ditindaklanjuti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran data, betul telah ditemukan\u00a0<em>double deduct<\/em>\u00a0dan kami telah berkoordinasi dengan bank terkait agar melakukan pengecekan pada alat pembaca di gardu dimaksud dan gardu tol lainnya, agar kejadian yang sama tidak terulang kembali,&#8221; jelas Desi.<\/p>\n<p>Jasa Marga, kata dia, meminta permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan tersebut. &#8220;Terima kasih atas kritik serta sarannya. Akan kami jadikan evaluasi ke depannya guna peningkatan pelayanan kepada pengguna jalan,&#8221; dia menandaskan.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article-content-body__item-title\" data-component-name=\"desktop:read-page:article-content-body:section:pagetitle\">Keluhan Pelanggan<\/h2>\n<p>Layanan\u00a0uang elektronik\u00a0di jalan tol kelolaan Jasa Marga mendapat keluhan dari pelanggan. Netizen bernama Rama Soegianto\u00a0menilai ada yang salah pada\u00a0sistem pembayaran tol nontunai PT Jasa Marga Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>Dia merasa saldo kartu elektronik miliknya berkurang dua kali setelah menempelkan \u200e<em>e-money<\/em>\u00a0pada mesin sensor di gerbang tol. Padahal, dia hanya sekali menempelkannya.<\/p>\n<p>Rama menumpahkan kekecewaannya kepada Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) pengelola jalan tol tersebut melalui\u00a0akun Facebook, seperti dikutip Liputan6.com di Jakarta, Senin (12\/2\/2018). \u200e<\/p>\n<p><em>\u200e&#8221;HATI HATI BUAT PENGGUNA JALAN TOL! PERCUMA NGADU KE JASA MARGA, DI SYSTEM MEREKA YANG MASIH ANCUR, GA BAKAL KE DETEKSI KALO SALDO BERKURANG 2X PAS LEWATIN PINTU TOL!Sekitar 2 hari lalu, pas saya gunain tol cililitan, saya yakin seyakin nya kalo saldo saya berkurang 2x, saya coba tanya sama petugas tol nya, dia jawab dengan nyolot dan ngotot: &#8216;ga mungkin lah berkurang 2x, kalo pintu gerbang nya cuma ngangkat sekali, berarti saldo cuma berkurang 1x,&#8217;\u00a0<\/em>ujar dia.<\/p>\n<p>Dia kemudian mengaku mendatangi kantor Jasa Marga untuk memastikan dugaannya.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Saya disuruh naik ke kantor nya buat buktiin, dan bener di system mereka cuma ke DETEKSI 1x, anjayyy kok bisaa!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Karena petugas penjaga pintu tol nya nyolot dan ngotot (ada di slide akhir), dan malah nyalahin saya, abis dari situ saya ke atm bank mandiri buat print out mutasi emoney, dan bener ternyata saldo saya berkurang 2x !!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Besok nya itu petugas tol pas lagi ga ada, saya ketemu sama petugas kantor mereka.. yang saya heran KOK BISA BEDA ANTARA MUTASI EMONEY SAMA SYSTEM JASA MARGA YANG MASIH PAYAH?!
