Setelah berbuka masyarakat Muslim segera berbondong-bondong untuk salat tarawih.<\/p>\n<p>Berbeda dengan salat pada umumnya, salat tarawih memiliki jumlah rakaat yang lebih banyak. Dokter Spesialis Ortopedi, dr. Yohannes Toban Layuk Allo, M.Kes, Sp.OT (K) menjelaskan ketika salat tarawih, hampir semua sendi yang ada di tubuh ikut bergerak. Dengan bergeraknya seluruh sendi, maka salat tarawih bisa mengurangi terjadinya kaku sendi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJadi pada saat salat, setiap gerakan sholat itu sendi lutut akan bergerak, sendi panggul akan bergerak, sendi bahu, punggung dan semuanya akan bergerak. Di sini fungsinya adalah mengurangi risiko stiffness atau kaku sendi,\u201d kata dr. Toban kepada awak media saat ditemui di Kebayoran Baru beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karenanya, salat tarawih sangat baik untuk orang-orang yang bekerja setiap harinya hanya duduk dan menghadap komputer.
