Pakar kesehatan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) Prof Dr dr Syamsul Arifin mengatakan menerapkan pola\u00a0tidur siang singkat\u00a0dapat mencegah lemas saat puasa Ramadhan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tidur siang ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menambah\u00a0<em>power<\/em>\u00a0atau energi sehingga tubuh kembali bugar dan rasa kantuk berkurang,&#8221; katanya di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan, Kamis (14\/3\/2024).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_204610\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-204610\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-204610\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/manfaat-tidur-siang-pada-tubuh-20.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/manfaat-tidur-siang-pada-tubuh-20.jpg 600w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/manfaat-tidur-siang-pada-tubuh-20-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-204610\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tidur Siang Bisa Segarkan Tubuh Saat Puasa, Asalkan Jangan di Atas Pukul 15.00<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Profesor Syamsul mengatakan tidur selama 20 sampai 30 menit di sela aktivitas untuk mengembalikan stamina dikenal dengan istilah\u00a0<em>power nap<\/em>. Tidur singkat paling baik dilakukan pada pukul 13.00 sampai 15.00.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jangan tidur di atas pukul 15.00 atau terlalu sore karena cenderung membuat tubuh terbangun dalam kondisi lemas dan sulit tertidur kembali pada malam harinya,&#8221; kata Guru Besar Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Kedokteran ULM ini.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Prof Samsul, tidur siang singkat hanya memasuki fase satu sampai dua dalam siklus tidur. Kondisi ini merupakan sesuatu yang wajar terjadi karena tubuh tidak menerima asupan makanan dan minuman.
