Pemahaman pada anak akan terjadi bukan dengan menasehati atau mendoktrin,&#8221; kata Novi kepada ANTARA di Jakarta, Jumat.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, anak-anak perlu diberikan pemahaman terkait makna puasa, berikut dengan keutamaan serta manfaat jika melakukan puasa, termasuk beberapa manfaat seperti kesehatan, mengendalikan diri, dan lainnya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_203855\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-203855\" style=\"width: 588px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-203855\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/doa_berbuka_puasa_ramadhan.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"588\" height=\"408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/doa_berbuka_puasa_ramadhan.jpeg 588w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/doa_berbuka_puasa_ramadhan-300x208.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/doa_berbuka_puasa_ramadhan-218x150.jpeg 218w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/doa_berbuka_puasa_ramadhan-100x70.jpeg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-203855\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tips sehat agar anak tetap kuat selama berpuasa.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Selain itu, anak-anak diarahkan ke kesadaran bahwa momentum puasa di bulan suci Ramadan juga bermanfaat bagi orang lain, misalnya belajar melakukan kebaikan-kebaikan sederhana dengan bersedekah.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, orang tua diimbau untuk membuka dialog dengan putra-putrinya guna membahas kesepakatan apakah mereka ingin mencoba puasa bersama-sama.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga kesepakatan terkait waktu berpuasa, apakah berpuasa penuh, setengah hari, atau yang lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ketika kesepakatan sudah terjalin, buat semacam perayaan sederhana dalam menyambut Ramadhan agar anak-anak merasa bahwa momentum ini adalah momentum yang menantang untuk dicoba,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut Novi menyampaikan, orang tua dapat meminta pendapat atau kesan-kesan setelah anak-anak melakukan puasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga: <\/strong><a title=\"Simak Tips Memilih Permainan Anak Menurut Psikolog\" href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/07\/21\/simak-tips-memilih-permainan-anak-menurut-psikolog\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">Simak Tips Memilih Permainan Anak Menurut Psikolog<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Menurut dia, anak-anak yang baru mulai belajar berpuasa diberikan ruang untuk merefleksikan pengalaman mereka, misalnya dengan menanyakan kapan waktu terberat bagi mereka, bagaimana mereka bisa melalui, apa yang mereka rasakan, lalu apakah ada hal luar biasa yang terjadi pada mereka.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dari situ mereka akan merasa bahwa berpuasa memberi makna bukan hanya pada dirinya juga orang lain,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, orang tua juga disarankan untuk melatih anak-anak berpuasa secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing agar kesehatannya tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sebenarnya kan ada kaidah agamanya bahwa yang berpuasa penuh adalah yang Akil Baligh.
