BANYUWANGI, NAWACITA\u00a0<\/strong> – Bupati Abdullah Azwar Anas mengingatkan kepada PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) selaku pemegang izin pengelolaan tambang emas di Bukit Tumpang Pitu, agar segera menyelesaikan enam dam sebagaimana tertera dalam dokumen lingkungan.<\/p>\n

Gara-gara PT BSI baru membangun tiga dam, lumpur dan sampah dari kawasan penambangan terbawa hingga hilir saat hujan deras beberapa waktu lalu, termasuk ke Sungai Katak yang membawanya hingga ke Pantai Pulau Merah.<\/p>\n

Anas melayangkan surat teguran kepada PT BSI agar memegang teguh komitmen. “Ke depan harus patuh pada dokumen lingkungan yang telah ditetapkan. Kami perintahkan ke BSI untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan tiga dam dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan. Semua proses akan berjalan sebagaimana peraturan yang berlaku,” katanya.<\/p>\n
