{"id":200773,"date":"2024-02-17T13:54:09","date_gmt":"2024-02-17T06:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=200773"},"modified":"2024-02-17T14:06:10","modified_gmt":"2024-02-17T07:06:10","slug":"sig-akselerasi-dekarbonisasi-transisi-energi-hijau-guna-operasional-pabrik-di-tuban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2024\/02\/17\/sig-akselerasi-dekarbonisasi-transisi-energi-hijau-guna-operasional-pabrik-di-tuban\/","title":{"rendered":"SIG Akselerasi Dekarbonisasi &#038; Transisi Energi Hijau guna Operasional Pabrik di Tuban"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Anak usaha SIG, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SBI) mendukung penggunaan energi tenaga surya sebagai alternatif yang ramah lingkungan.<\/h1>\n<p>Jakarta, <a href=\"http:\/\/nawacita\">nawacita<\/a>&#8211; PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) semakin gencar menggunakan Energi Baru dan Terbarukan (EBT) di seluruh area operasi sebagai bagian dari strategi keberlanjutan Perusahaan dalam menurunkan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK).<\/p>\n<p>Letak geografis Indonesia yang berada di sepanjang garis khatulistiwa dengan iradiasi energi matahari rata-rata sekitar 4,80 kWh\/m2\/hari, merupakan potensi yang sangat besar untuk pemanfaatan energi alternatif tenaga matahari. Pabrik Tuban sendiri berada pada posisi geografis dengan iradiasi energi matahari di atas rata-rata nasional sekitar 5,4 kWh\/m2\/hari.<\/p>\n<p>Peluang ini meyakinkan SBI menjalin kerja sama dengan PT Energi Mitra Indika Tenaga Surya, untuk memulai pengembangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap yang terhubung ke jaringan listrik yang ada (On-Grid Connected Rooftop PV System) pada sepuluh atap bangunan dengan kapasitas terpasang 6,39 MWp.<\/p>\n<p>PLTS Atap ini nantinya akan dioperasikan secara paralel dengan listrik yang ada dari PLN untuk menunjang sebagian kebutuhan operasional pabrik, kantor serta fasilitas pendukung lainnya di SBI Pabrik Tuban.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelain pemanfaatan bahan bakar alternatif untuk substitusi batubara pada proses produksi semen, peningkatan produk yang ramah lingkungan dan peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan energi listrik dan energi termal, penggunaan energi tenaga surya ini juga merupakan wujud konkret komitmen kami terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Selagi mencapai operasional yang lebih efisien, proyek ini berkontribusi pada dekarbonisasi yang telah dicanangkan SIG untuk mendukung komitmen pemerintah untuk mengurangi dampak pemanasan global\u201d, ucap Lilik Unggul Raharjo, Direktur Utama SBI di sela-sela peninjauan proyek konstruksi PLTS di Tuban.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Secretary SIG, Vita Mahreyni mengatakan, saat ini, konstruksi pemasangan panel surya sudah selesai dilakukan di salah satu bangunan yaitu di gedung kantor utama Pabrik Tuban, dan dilanjutkan pemasangan di sembilan bangunan lainnya. Proyek pemasangan PLTS Atap ini diharapkan rampung seluruhnya dan beroperasi pada kuartal III tahun 2024, untuk meningkatkan penggunaan EBT dan mendukung tercapainya target SIG pada penurunan intensitas emisi GRK cakupan 2 sebesar 23,9% pada 2030 (baseline 2019) sebagaimana tertuang dalam Sustainability Road Map SIG.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPenggunaan energi tenaga surya di SBI Pabrik Tuban ini semakin menegaskan komitmen SIG dalam transisi energi menuju EBT yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan bermanfaat dalam mendorong efisiensi pada biaya operasional Perusahaan, serta menjadi kontribusi positif dalam mendukung pemerintah mencapai target Net Zero Emission pada 2060,\u201d Vita Mahreyni.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai upaya percepatan penurunan intensitas emisi GRK cakupan 2, SIG telah menjalin kerja sama dengan PT PLN (Persero) dalam Pengembangan Pembangkit Energi Terbarukan pada September 2023. Dalam lingkup penurunan intensitas emisi GRK cakupan 3, SIG menyasar fasilitas transportasi karyawan (employee commuting), serta aktivitas inbound logistic dan outbound logistic.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak awal Februari 2024, SIG telah melakukan uji coba pengoperasian bus listrik pengangkut karyawan di SIG Pabrik Tuban guna mengetahui seberapa besar jumlah emisi karbon yang diturunkan dan untuk mencari skema pengadaan yang tepat.
