Hindari juga minuman bersoda, alkohol dan minuman yang mengandung pemanis buatan,&#8221; kata Fridolin memberikan saran konsumsi makanan saat Imlek.<\/p>\n<p>Perayaan Imlek juga identik dengan makanan manis seperti kue keranjang, kue mangkok dan kue lapis legit. Menurut Fridolin, seseorang bisa mengonsumsi makanan manis saat Imlek selama tidak berlebihan.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara bagi mereka yang memiliki riwayat penyakit\u00a0diabetes\u00a0dan kolesterol, sang dokter menyarankan untuk membatasi makanan manis. Terlalu banyak mengonsumsi makanan manis dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit seperti serangan jantung, asam urat dan obesitas.<\/p>\n<p>Agar tetap sehat dan bugar saat perayaan Imlek, Fridolin juga menyarankan seseorang untuk tetap aktif bergerak. Terlalu lama duduk bisa membuat tubuh menjadi malas dan mengganggu postur tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sebelum Hari Raya Imlek, siapkan tubuh Anda agar tetap fit dengan berolahraga. Bahkan sebaiknya rutin melakukan aktivitas fisik yang mengeluarkan energi,&#8221; katanya. Fridolin menyarankan untuk berolahraga minimal 150 menit per minggu supaya detak jantung dan aliran darah terjaga. Meskipun menyenangkan, aktivitas itu juga menguras tenaga dan bisa membuat seseorang kelelahan.<\/p>\n<p>Fridolin menyarankan untuk beristirahat tujuh sampai sembilan jam per hari dan hindari menggunakan gawai dan menonton televisi sebelum tidur, juga menggunakan\u00a0<em>earphone<\/em>\u00a0saat tidur agar mendapatkan istirahat yang berkualitas.<\/p>\n<p>Terakhir, sang dokter mengingatkan untuk tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan selama perayaan Imlek, seperti mencuci tangan, menerapkan etika batuk dan bersin serta menggunakan masker saat berada di
