Terdapat beberapa usulan tambahan pasal dalam revisi KUHP, salah satunya adalah penghinaan terhadap presiden. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"editor-padding-8\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"248tg\" data-offset-key=\"d8c6n-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"d8c6n-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"d8c6n-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Aturan ini diusulkan kembali masuk ke dalam revisi KUHP. Padahal, pasal tersebut pernah dibatalkan dan dinyatakan inkonstitusional oleh Mahkamah Konsitutusi pada tahun 2006 lalu.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"editor-padding-8\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"248tg\" data-offset-key=\"5hrci-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"5hrci-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5hrci-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Wakil Ketua DPR Agus Hermanto mengatakan, usulan agar pasal penghinaan presiden masuk ke dalam revisi KUHP itu belum final. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"editor-padding-8\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"248tg\" data-offset-key=\"ehk66-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"ehk66-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"ehk66-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">\u201dSemuanya masih mempunyai kemungkinan. Apakah pasal penghinaan presiden itu akan bisa masuk, apakah itu nanti mental. Karena belum ada kesepakatan atau keputusan dari seluruh fraksi,\u201d kata Agus di Gedung DPR, Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (2\/2).<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"editor-padding-8\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"248tg\" data-offset-key=\"f2pgb-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"f2pgb-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f2pgb-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Dia mengatakan, pimpinan DPR masih menunggu laporan dari hasil pembahasan dari panja revisi KUHP. \u201cKita harus tunggu hasil dari panja, minimal <\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"f2pgb-0-1\"><span data-text=\"true\">output<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"f2pgb-0-2\"><span data-text=\"true\"> dari panja.
