Koordinator Staf Khusus Presiden RI Ari Dwipayana mengatakan, pemberhentian Firli Bahuri sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Itu sudah diatur dalam koridor UU 19\/2019 tentang Perubahan UU KPK terutama Pasal 32 detailnya akan kami sampaikan,&#8221; kata Ari kepada wartawan, Kamis (23\/11\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, dalam Pasal 32 Ayat 2 sudah diatur terkait langkah-langkah setelah penetapan tersangka hingga pemberhentian dari jabatan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bentuk hukumnya adalah Keppres. Pasal 32 Ayat (2) sudah sangat jelas mengenai bagaimana respons terkait penetapan sebagai tersangka, pemberhentian sementara sebagai posisi yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Tentu harus dibungkus dalam satu keppres oleh presiden,&#8221; ujar dia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_190225\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-190225\" style=\"width: 665px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/11\/23\/presiden-jokowi-segera-terbitkan-keppres-berhentikan-firli-bahuri\/655b0b784a36a-firli-bahuri-penuhi-panggilan-dewas-kpk_665_374\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-190225\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-190225\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/655b0b784a36a-firli-bahuri-penuhi-panggilan-dewas-kpk_665_374.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"665\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/655b0b784a36a-firli-bahuri-penuhi-panggilan-dewas-kpk_665_374.webp 665w, https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/655b0b784a36a-firli-bahuri-penuhi-panggilan-dewas-kpk_665_374-300x169.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 665px) 100vw, 665px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-190225\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Firli Bahuri<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kendati demikian, proses penerbitan keppres tersebut masih menunggu surat pemberitahuan penetapan tersangka dari Polri terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mekanisme yang diatur\u00a0<em>kan<\/em>\u00a0seperti itu. Surat pemberitahuan penetapan tersangka dari Polri diberitahukan pada presiden kemudian dari situ aturan dalam UU 19\/2019 dijalankan penetapan sebagai pemberhentian sementara, juga dikeluarkan dalam bentuk keppres,&#8221; kata Ari.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah Kemensetneg menerima surat dari Polri, akan diproses menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sampai pagi ini Kemensesneg masih menunggu surat pemberitahuan penetapan tersangka dari Polri. Jika surat itu sudah diterima, akan diproses selanjutnya menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,&#8221; ujar dia.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, Direktorat Kriminal Khusus (Dirkrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya pada Rabu (22\/11\/2023) malam resmi mengumumkan ketua KPK Firli Bahuri sebagai tersangka. Penetapan tersangka tersebut terkait dengan dugaan korupsi dalam bentuk pemerasan, penerimaan gratifikasi, hadiah, atau janji yang dilakukan Firli Bahuri dalam pengusutan kasus korupsi di Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan) 2020-2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/11\/23\/ketua-kpk-firli-bahuri-ditetapkan-jadi-tersangka-kasus-pemerasan-syl\/\">Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri Ditetapkan jadi Tersangka Kasus Pemerasan SYL<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Firli Bahuri dijerat dengan sangkaan Pasal 12e, atau Pasal 12B, atau Pasal 11 UU Tipikor 31\/1999-20\/2001\u00a0<em>juncto<\/em> Pasal 65 KUH Pidana.<\/p>\n<p>Kasus yang menyeret Firli Bahuri sebagai tersangka ini sudah dalam penyidikan sejak 9 Oktober 2023. Kasus tersebut dilaporkan sendiri oleh Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) yang pada saat itu masih menjabat sebagai menteri pertanian.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara, Yasin Limpo sendiri beberapa lama setelah pelaporannya ke Polda Metro Jaya tersebut, ditetapkan tersangka oleh KPK. Politikus Nasdem tersebut ditetapkan tersangka oleh KPK terkait dengan korupsi dalam penerimaan uang pungutan setotal Rp 13,9 miliar dalam kenaikan pangkat dan promosi jabatan di lingkungan Kementan sepanjang 2020-2023.
