Lantas apakah hal tersebut mitos atau fakta?<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Dokter Spesialis Olahraga, dr Sophia Hage, SpKO, mengatakan hal itu hanya mitos masyarakat. Karena sebetulnya jalan kaki menggunakan atau tanpa alas memiliki manfaat yang sama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebenarnya sama aja sih, yang dilarang adalah kalau kita jalan kaki dengan sepatu yang seharusnya dipake untuk lari, itu jangan. Karena saat berjalan, seseorang cenderung membutuhkan sepatu yang nyaman, artinya sepatu yang digunakan juga tidak memiliki sol terlalu tebal.<\/p>\n<p>Berbeda dengan lari, saat berlari tubuh akan mendapat dorongan ke depan, sehingga sepatu yang digunakan pun disarankan untuk yang dapat menunjang kita bergerak maju ke depan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJadi biasanya kalau sepatu lari itu agak mendorong kita ke depan. Karena sepatu lari cenderung mencondongkan kita kedepan, nah itu gak boleh kalau dipake jalan, karena nanti jadi gak stabil jalannya.
