Jika seseorang sangat ingin sesekali menikmati pasta atau makaroni, maka bisa memperhatikan defisit kalori secara keseluruhan dalam pola makan.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Santosh Pandey, MD, Rejua Energy Centre, Mumbai mengatakan bahwa seseorang dapat memilih makaroni ke dalam diet penurunan berat badan, namun penting memperhatikan keseimbangan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Persiapan itu penting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pada dasarnya, makaroni terbuat dari gandum durum, yang merupakan alasan utama mengapa makaroni menjadi pilihan yang sehat. Tetapi, yang sering kali dilakukan orang adalah menyiapkan makaroni dengan banyak saus atau dimasak dengan mentega. Sedangkan jika makaroni terbuat dari tepung gandum utuh yang telah dihaluskan, ini mengurangi efek menguntungkan dari biji-bijian yang terdapat pada makaroni. Sebab biji-bijian dengan partikel yang lebih kecil dicerna lebih cepat, sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan gula darah yang lebih besar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara membuat semangkuk makaroni sehat sendiri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jangan memilih topping yang terlalu pedas, pilihlah sedikit minyak zaitun. Isi dengan sayuran untuk menambah kandungan seratnya, kata Goyal.<\/p>\n<p>Pilihlah saus yang berbahan dasar tomat atau sayuran daripada saus kental. Ini umumnya lebih rendah kalori dan lebih sehat untuk menurunkan berat badan.
