Gaya hidup tidak banyak bergerak seringkali dianggap dapat memicu banyak masalah kesehatan, termasuk gangguan metabolisme, penyakit kardiovaskular, hingga kanker.<\/p>\n<p>Bahkan yang terbaru, para peneliti melalui studi yang dipublikasikan di jurnal <em>Jama Networks<\/em>\u00a0menemukan bahwa duduk lebih dari 10 jam sehari meningkatkan risiko demensia, pada orang berusia di atas 60 tahun atau lansia.<\/p>\n<p>Melansir\u00a0<em>Antara,<\/em>\u00a0David Raichlen selaku penulis studi seperti disiarkan Medical Daily pada, Kamis (14\/9\/2023) lalu, menyarankan orang-orang untuk tidak duduk dalam waktu lama.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_180597\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-180597\" style=\"width: 801px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?attachment_id=180597\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-180597\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-180597\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/gambar-bahaya-duduk-terlalu-lama-doktersehat-e1695026946207.jpg\" alt=\"Duduk Demensia\" width=\"801\" height=\"534\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-180597\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustrasi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cMinimal, seseorang harus bangun setiap 30 menit atau lebih, untuk sekadar berdiri atau berjalan,\u201d kata David Raichlen.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu, dia dan tim ingin melihat apakah pola seperti itu berhubungan dengan risiko demensia.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka menggunakan data lebih dari 50.000 peserta dari Biobank Inggris, sebuah database biomedis berskala besar untuk mengevaluasi kemungkinan hubungan antara waktu tidak banyak bergerak dan risiko demensia.<\/p>\n<p>Seluruh peserta yang berusia di atas 60 tahun diminta memakai akselerometer untuk mengukur pergerakannya. Tak satu pun dari mereka yang didiagnosis menderita demensia pada awal penelitian.<\/p>\n<p>Tim menggunakan algoritma pembelajaran mesin untuk menganalisis kumpulan data dan mengklasifikasikan peserta berdasarkan intensitas aktivitas fisik.
