Antioksidan dalam mentimun menargetkan peradangan, membantu mengurangi tampilan bengkak yang banyak dari kita alami setelah penerbangan jarak jauh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Kacang-kacangan dan biji-bijian<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Penelitian menunjukkan, mengonsumsi suplemen magnesium dapat membantu meminimalkan gangguan tidur, termasuk gangguan akibat jet lag.
