Kesibukan pada pagi hingga sore hari membuat sebagian orang memilih olahraga ketika malam. Bagaimana dunia medis melihat olahraga yang dilakukan pada malam hari?<\/p>\n<p>Spesialis kedokteran olahraga Dr dr Listya Tresnanti Mirtha SpKO(K) mengatakan, untuk melakukan olahraga agar mendapat manfaat yang optimal, dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi masing-masing. Namun sebenarnya boleh-boleh saja jika punya waktu berolahraga pada malam hari.<\/p>\n<p>Hanya saja, upayakan menghentikan segala aktivitas dari satu sampai tiga jam sebelum waktu tidur. Hal ini tentunya agar tidak mengganggu kualitas tidur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPaling tidak 1-2 jam sebelum tidur berhenti, supaya gak ganggu,\u201d kata\u00a0dia.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika tidur tidak optimal, ada potensi cedera dan penyakit. Jadi olahraga malam tidak jelek, tapi tetap harus memastikan tubuh betul-betul siap.<\/p>\n<p>Meski demikian, hindari latihan fisik dengan intensitas terlalu tinggi ketika malam hari apalagi setelah melakukan aktivitas yang berat. Dengan seseorang mau mulai konsisten berolahraga, maka itu sudah bagus.<\/p>\n<p>Ingat olahraga harus dilakukan dengan prinsip Baik, Benar, Terukur dan Teratur (BBTT).
