Kebiasaan rebahan atau malas bergerak dalam dunia kesehatan lebih dikenal sebagai sedentary lifestyle. Kondisi ini sering kali membuat masyarakat tidak aktif secara fisik sehingga menyebabkan tubuh jarang bergerak.<\/p>\n<p>Tentunya kebiasaan ini bisa memicu terjadinya berbagai masalah kesehatan. Merangkum dari berbagai sumber, adapun berbagai risiko yang ditimbulkan yakni:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Terjadinya osteoporosis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Akibat kebiasaan sering rebahan akan membuat tubuh kehilangan massa ototnya, sehingga otot akan melemah, dan tubuh akan mengambil kaslsium tulang. Resistensi insulin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seseorang yang menghabiskan waktunya untuk duduk dan tiduran, maka dipastikan akan beresiko mengalami resistensi insulin. Hal ini lantaran meningkatnya kadar gula dalam darah akan membuat seseorang terkena diabetes lebih cepat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Konsentrasi menurun<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kondisi bekerja dengan duduk yang terlalu lama akan menjadikan tulang belakang merasa tegang. Meningkatkan risiko stroke dan serangan jantung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dalam salah satu penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Amerika Serikat, aktivitas fisik dapat membantu seseorang mengurangi risiko stroke sebesar 60 persen dan peluang terjadinya serangan jantung 50 persen.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu, apabila seseorang mengalami kurangnya aktifitas seperti keadaan duduk secara terus menerus akan memiliki risiko cukup besar mengalami stroke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
