Ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi PT Waskita Karya (Persero) selaku pengembang sejalan pengerjaannya.<\/p>\n<p>\u200eManager Proyek PT Waskita Karya untuk LRT Palembang Abdillah menjelaskan, kendala tersebut antara lain trase yang bersinggungan dengan saluran udara tegangan tinggi (SUTT) pada zona 3, 4, 5 dan trase yang bersinggungan dengan Fly Over di Tanjung Api-api.<\/p>\n<p>Permasalahan lainnya yaitu keberadaan relokasi utilitas kota seperti kabel Telkom, PDAM, pipa gas, kabel PLN \u2013 udara dan bawah tanah, <em>fiber optic<\/em>, dan <em>provider telepon selular<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut dia, total keseluruhan yang terkena dampak utilitas sebanyak 48 pier pada zona 3, 4, dan 5.\u200e Selain itu permasalahan yang tak kalah peliknya adalah pembebasan lahan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSudah dilakukan koordinasi dengan instansi terkait namun tindak lanjut di lapangan belum signifikan,\u201d ujar Abdillah dalam keterangannya, Jumat (19\/8\/2016).<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Menteri Perhubungan (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi saat mengunjungi zona 1 pembangunan LRT ini mengusulkan kepada pemerintah daerah untuk menawarkan investasi kepada para investor pengembang (developer) perumahan agar diberikan aksesibilitas menginvestasikan angkutan feeder\/pengumpan pada satu titik yang dapat menjadi kota baru atau pada kota yang belum terlalu ramai.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSatu kota kalau sudah diberikan aksesibilitas feeder ini pasti <em>value<\/em>-nya naik. Tinggal kita pikirkan dimana lokasi titik yang akan menjadi kota baru tersebut,\u201d tutur dia.<\/p>\n<p>LRT di Palembang ini menjadi satu-satunya LRT yang dibangun di luar DKI Jakarta. Keutamaan pembangunan LRT ini karena pada 2019 jika tidak ada moda transportasi umum layaknya kereta, akan macet total.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya itu, pada 2018 Palembang bersama DKI Jakarta akan menjadi tuan rumah ajang kompetisi olahraga se Asia, dalam Asian Games. Diharapkan dengan adanya LRT ini akan mempermudah akses para kontingen menuju Jakabaring Sport Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Pembangunan proyek senilai Rp 11,4 triliun ini memiliki panjang 23 kilometer (km). Dari Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin sampai ke kompleks Jakabaring akan melewati 13 stasiun dan 9 substasiun.<\/p>\n<p>Ke-13 stasiun dimulai dari Stasiun Bandara Sultan Mahmud II, Stasiun Asrama Haji, Stasiun Telkom, Stasiun RSUD, Stasiun Polda, Stasiun Demang Lebar Daun.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, Stasiun Palembang Icon, Stasiun Dishub Kominfo Provinsi Sumsel, Stasiun Pasar Cinde, Stasiun Terpadu Jembatan Ampera, Stasiun Gubernur Bestari-Polresta, Stasiun Stadion Jakabaring, serta berakhir di Stasiun Opi.<\/p>\n<p>Sumber : liputan6.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jakarta, nawacita &#8211; Perkembangan Pembangunan Light Rail Transit (LRT) di Palembang baru mencapai 11 persen.
