Meningkatkan fungsi kognitif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hewlings memaparkan salah satu ciri utama penyakit Alzheimer adalah penurunan kemampuan otak untuk memanfaatkan glukosa sebagai bahan bakar, yang dapat muncul sekitar 10-15 tahun sebelum diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKetika otak tidak dapat menggunakan glukosa (sumber bahan bakar utamanya), otak dapat menggunakan badan keton sebagai sumber bahan bakar alternatif,\u201d jelas dia.<\/p>\n<p>Minyak kelapa mengandung badan keton, sehingga minyak ini dianggap sebagai bagian dari pola makan sehat secara keseluruhan untuk memberi manfaat bagi kesehatan kognitif dengan memberi sumber energi alternatif ke otak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sumber lemak yang lebih sehat daripada lemak daging sapi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meskipun kelapa mengandung lemak jenuh, penelitian telah mengungkapkan bahwa kelapa mengandung asam lemak rantai sedang.
