Hal itu dipublikasikan dalam jurnal <em>Clinical Nutrition.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dalam studi itu, seperti disiarkan\u00a0<em>Medical Daily<\/em>, peneliti menganalisis data dari sekitar 13.000 orang dengan usia rata-rata 58 tahun dari Biobank Inggris, database biomedis berskala besar.<\/p>\n<p>Dilansir\u00a0<em>Antara<\/em>\u00a0pada Sabtu (19\/8\/2023), para peserta tidak mengalami depresi pada awal penelitian. Lalu, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner mencatat asupan kacang dan gejala depresi atau penggunaan antidepresan pada peserta.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_176658\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-176658\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?attachment_id=176658\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-176658\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-176658\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/62bc83479036c_FP-e1692681516918.jpg\" alt=\"kacang tanah\" width=\"650\" height=\"434\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-176658\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">kacang tanah<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Peneliti mengatakan konsumsi kacang rendah hingga sedang yakni nol hingga satu porsi (30 gram per hari) dikaitkan dengan risiko depresi 17 persen lebih rendah selama masa tindak lanjut 5,3 tahun dibandingkan dengan tanpa konsumsi kacang.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka percaya efek perlindungan kacang berasal dari sifat anti-inflamasi dan antioksidan, meski penelitian tersebut belum melakukan analisis penyebabnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNutrisi ini mencegah peradangan di seluruh tubuh, termasuk otak.
