Iskak Tulungagung, Titah Dadhari Suryananda, asma merupakan penyakit heterogen kronik pada saluran pernapasan bawah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penderita asma dapat merasa sesak napas tiba-tiba, sakit dada, napas berbungi mengi dan batuk ketika ada alergi yang masuk.\u00a0Umumnya asma disebabkan oleh debu, asap, udara dingin, beberapa makanan pemicu, asam lambung dan asap rokok,&#8221; katanya, dikutip dari laman resmi\u00a0RSUD dr. Sebab jenis olahraga yang terlalu berat juga bisa mengakibatkan asma. Dan sebelum melakukan olahraga, penderita asma harus rutin menjalani pengobatan.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut ini beberapa jenis olahraga yang aman dilakukan oleh penderita asma:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Berenang\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Olahraga ringan lainnya yaitu berenang. Berenang salah satu olahraga yang berguna untuk membangun otot-otot pernapasan.\u00a0 Olahraga ini juga bisa membuat paru-paru mendapatkan banyak udara hangat dan lembab.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, tidak dianjurkan untuk terlalu lama ketika berenang. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam beberapa kasus, kandungan klorin di dalam air kolam renang bisa memicu munculnya gejala asma. Yang terpenting harus konsultasikan terlebih dahulu kepada dokter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Jalan Sehat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Olahraga yang paling aman dan sederhana untuk dilakukan oleh penderita asma adalah jalan sehat. Olahraga ini adalah olahraga yang paling mudah dilakukan namun memiliki seribu manfaat yang baik bagi kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Berjalan kaki tiga kali dalam satu minggu, selama 12 minggu secara teratur mampu meningkatkan kebugaran tubuh dan bisa mengendalikan asma.
