Hal itu dikatakan oleh Ketua Tim Satuan Tugas Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia (IDAI) Banten dr Novitria Dwinanda, SpA, Subsp, NPM.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Anak masih tumbuh dan kembang, jadi jangan sampai kita kurusin dia tetapi otaknya tidak berkembang. Tata laksana obesitas pada anak itu yang dipotong itu <em>snack,<\/em>\u00a0bukan makanan utama,&#8221; kata dia, dikutip Kamis (10\/8\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Novitria menyarankan orangtua tak mengganti buah potong dengan bentuk jus karena biasanya mengandung gula lebih tinggi. Porsi biasa, tidak dikurangi,&#8221; tutur Novitria yang pernah menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Indonesia itu.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, orangtua membantu anak melakukan aktivitas yang disesuaikan dengan usia anak, dan sebaiknya membagi dalam tiga kegiatan besar, dimulai kegiatan ringan yang bisa dikerjakan setiap hari misalnya membersihkan tempat tidur, menaruh alat makan usai dipakai ke tempat seharusnya dan mengambil minum sendiri.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua, kegiatan yang bisa dikerjakan tiga hingga lima kali sehari dan sifatnya sedikit aerobik misalnya bermain sepeda, berjalan sore. Menurut Kementerian Kesehatan, kurang tidur dapat menyebabkan hormon leptin terganggu sehingga menyebabkan rasa lapar tidak terkontrol.<\/p>\n<p>Jika kuantitas dan kualitas tidur seseorang tidak sesuai maka akan memengaruhi keseimbangan berbagai hormon yang pada akhirnya memicu kejadian obesitas.<\/p>\n<p>Gangguan tidur dapat menyebabkan peningkatan asupan energi melalui sejumlah cara yakni peningkatan rasa lapar melalui meningkatnya hormon ghrelin (pengontrol rasa lapar) dan menurunnya hormon leptin (pengontrol rasa kenyang), waktu tersisa untuk makan menjadi lebih banyak dan cenderung memilih makanan yang tidak sehat. <strong>antr<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dokter: Mengatasi Obesitas Anak Bukan dengan Kurangi Porsi Makan Jakarta, Nawacita | Mengatasi obesitas anak bukan dengan mengurangi porsi makan, tetapi mengganti camilan dari yang semula hanya makanan manis menjadi buah potong.
