Anak perlu terlebih dulu taat aturan makan terjadwal kemudian barulah orangtua menerapkan waktu makan tidak lebih dari 30 menit. Hal ini demi menghindari dia nantinya menjadi sulit makan, <em>stunting <\/em>atau gagal tumbuh akibat malnutrisi kronik, dan obesitas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Urutan itu bukan 30 menit dulu, makan pakai jadwal. Makan di jam-jam yang selalu tertib di jam itu. Lalu ibunya ingin anak menghabiskan makanannya, akhirnya anaknya jadi sebel lihat sendok misalnya,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian, anak selama makan tidak sambil menonton televisi dan di antara makan sebaiknya diberikan air putih.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadwalnya tiga kali makan, dia antaranya ada snack. Jadi snack bisa dua sampai tiga kali habis itu makannya tiga kali. Di mana letak susu?
