Dan gangguan pada lambung seperti GERD ini umumnya terjadi pada trimester pertama, meski ada pula yang bergejala sampai akhir\u00a0kehamilan.<\/p>\n<p>Guna meredakan GERD, ibu hamil dianjurkan untuk makan teratur dan penuhi kebutuhan protein, buah dan sayuran yang seimbang. Ada setidaknya lima makanan yang dapat meredakan GERD untuk ibu hamil yakni:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Pisang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konsumsi buah pisang sebagai sarapan atau selingan sebelum makan berat dapat dilakukan karena pisang merupakan sumber potasium yang dinilai dapat menetralisir kadar asam lambung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
