Berikut ini adalah kelima rekomendasi tersebut, seperti dilansir\u00a0<em>Express:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Dark chocolate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Dark chocolate<\/em>\u00a0dengan persentase yang tinggi, yaitu 70 persen atau lebih, bisa memberikan efek positif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Efek ini bisa muncul karena\u00a0<em>dark chocolate<\/em>\u00a0memiliki kandungan flavonoid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Oat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konsumsi oat direkomendasikan karena memiliki kandungan serat larut. Dr Uys mengungkapkan bahwa kalium dapat membantu\u00a0menurunkan tekanan darah\u00a0dengan cara menetralkan efek sodium. Seperti diketahui, sodium dapat membuat tubuh menahan air sehingga bisa memicu peningkatan tekanan darah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Buah beri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beragam jenis buah beri seperti bluberi dan stroberi, dikenal kaya akan flavonoid. Menurut beragam studi, konsumsi flavonoid berkaitan dengan penurunan risiko tekanan darah tinggi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Kacang-kacangan dan bebijian<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kedua jenis makanan ini dikenal sebagai sumber magnesium dan lemak sehat yang baik.
