Kram otot atau yang biasa dikenal sebagai kejang otot merupakan fenomena gangguan kondisi otot yang bisa menyebabkan rasa sakit yang begitu luar biasa. Fenomena kram ini terjadi akibat otot secara tiba-tiba berkontraksi tanpa bisa dikendalikan sehingga sangat sulit untuk bisa rileks kembali.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa bagian tubuh yang biasa terjadi kram adalah otot betis, otot paha, otot tangan, serta otot betis. Fenomena kram otot ini bisa terjadi karena beberapa hal, di antaranya akibat kurangnya pemanasan, kurangnya nutrisi elektrolit dalam tubuh seperti magnesium kalium dan kalsium, dan juga aktivitas fisik yang berlebihan sehingga menimbulkan kelelahan otot berlebih.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika kram sudah terlanjur terjadi, orang yang menderita kram diharuskan untuk meluruskan kakinya agar otot dari yang kram tersebut bisa kembali rileks. Mengompres dengan Air Hangat atau Dingin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ketika mengalami kram, mengompres area yang terkena dengan air hangat atau dingin dapat membantu meredakan rasa sakit dan merelaksasi otot yang kram. Gunakan handuk bersih yang dibasahi dengan air hangat atau dingin, dan tempelkan pada area yang terkena selama 15-20 menit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Menghindari Alkohol dan Kafein Berlebihan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alkohol dan kafein dapat menyebabkan dehidrasi dan mengganggu keseimbangan elektrolit tubuh.
