Ali Khomsan, MS akan membagikan kiat mengonsumsi olahan daging kurban bagi pengidap kolesterol dan penyakit jantung.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBagi mereka penderita kolesterol, penyakit jantung, gula, dan hipertensi perlu berhati-hati karena sangat mungkin makanan tersebut menjadi pencetus kambuhnya kembali penyakit yang telah diderita,\u201d kata Ali, Kamis.<\/p>\n<p>Selain beribadah, umumnya masyarakat akan merayakan Idul Adha dengan makanan yang terbuat dari daging hasil dari hewan kurban. Tak jarang, menu makanan itu dipadukan dengan bumbu bersantan dan berminyak, seperti gulai daging, opor, rendang, dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_171722\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-171722\" style=\"width: 696px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/06\/30\/tips-konsumsi-daging-kurban-untuk-penderita-kolesterol\/ilustrasi-kuliner-nusantara-f5eq\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-171722\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-171722\" src=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ilustrasi-kuliner-nusantara-f5eq-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"ilustrasi tongseng kambing\" width=\"696\" height=\"464\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-171722\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ilustrasi tongseng kambing<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ali mengingatkan bahwa makanan yang mengandung santan, lemak bersifat padat kalori, sementara kue bisa jadi mengandung gula dan tepung yang tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Waspadai lemak jenuh dan kolesterol pada lemak hewani yang cenderung konsumsinya berlebih saat Lebaran,\u201d ujar Ali.<\/p>\n<p>Kebiasaan orang Indonesia pada hari raya ialah memasak dalam jumlah besar sehingga terkadang perlu berhari-hari untuk menghabiskan makanan.<\/p>\n<p>Mengonsumsi daging dan santan dalam jumlah banyak, apalagi berhari-hari, dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan yang serius bagi penderita kolesterol dan penyakit jantung.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBagi orang sehat, dua-tiga hari menyantap makanan Lebaran mungkin tidak menimbulkan dampak yang berarti.
