Berikut beberapa cara untuk menikmati olahan daging dengan cara sehat:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Makan dalam porsi kecil dan sering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alih-alih makan besar dalam satu kali makan, makanlah dalam porsi kecil dan sering agar usus tetap sehat. Perhatikan juga ukuran porsi makan karena sebagian besar masalah akan hilang hanya dengan mengontrol porsi makan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Hindari organ dalam daging kambing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organ dalam seperti hati, jantung, ginjal, dan lain-lain mengandung lemak dan kolesterol yang tinggi, jadi hindari mengonsumsinya. Pilihlah alternatif yang lebih sehat dan rendah lemak seperti dada, leher, atau sayap kambing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pilihlah daging yang dipanggang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Daripada mengonsumsi daging dalam bentuk goreng seperti daging kambing goreng, hati goreng atau kebab, pilihlah alternatif yang dipanggang atau dibakar dengan sedikit olesan minyak karena akan lebih lezat, renyah dan lebih sehat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
