Misalnya saja dalam kondisi kehamilan, menyusui, dan diet khusus.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut beberapa suplemen populer yang tidak dibutuhkan tubuh:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Green powder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Belakangan, produk green powder banyak beredar di pasaran. Artinya, suplemen hadir dengan dosis yang tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Pasquariello mengatakan dosis besar bisa memberikan dampak jangka panjang. Misalnya, terlalu banyak vitamin D dapat menyebabkan masalah ginjal. Sementara kelebihan vitamin C dapat menyebabkan masalah pencernaan.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini berlaku untuk suplemen jenis apa pun.
