Telur sebaiknya tidak dikonsumsi bersama makanan berikut:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Susu kedelai<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Susu kedelai merupakan sumber protein yang baik buat tubuh. Telur pun demikian tapi sebaiknya Anda tidak mempertemukan dua menu ini di satu meja. Mengonsumsi telur dan susu kedelai secara bersamaan membuat kadar protein tubuh naik drastis dan dapat menghambat penyerapannya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Bacon dan sosis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Telur bisa jadi menu sarapan paling sehat yang pernah Anda santap. Satu lembar bacon mengandung 115 mg garam. Satu buah sosis mengandung sekitar 790 mg garam. Terlihat sangat sedikit tapi hitung berapa banyak bacon dan sosis yang Anda santap dalam satu menu sarapan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Teh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es teh atau teh hangat kerap jadi pendamping makan besar. Jika lauknya telur, sebaiknya Anda memilih minuman selain teh. Kenapa? Melansir dari NDTV, studi dari Journal of Nutrition menemukan minum teh dengan telur bisa menurunkan penyerapan protein oleh tubuh hingga 17 persen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pisang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pisang dan telur dua-duanya memberikan manfaat kesehatan. Hanya saja, beri jarak antara konsumsi telur dan pisang. Kombinasi keduanya memerlukan waktu lama untuk dicerna sehingga perut terasa &#8216;berat&#8217;.
