Kalau putusan sudah siap, baru diagendakan sidang pengucapan putusan,\u201d ujarnya kepada wartawan, Senin (29\/5\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, Denny Indrayana mantan Wakil Menteri Hukum dan HAM mengklaim mendapat bocoran putusan MK terkait sistem pemilu legislatif yang akan kembali ke sistem proporsional tertutup atau coblos partai.<\/p>\n<p>Lewat media sosial, Denny menyebut informasi itu bersumber dari orang dalam Mahkamah Konstitusi.<\/p>\n<p>Sekadar informasi, MK menerima permohonan uji materi Pasal 168 ayat (2) Undang-undang Pemilu terkait sistem proporsional terbuka yang diajukan Demas Brian Wicaksono bersama lima orang lainnya tanggal 14 November 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2023\/04\/04\/dpr-sahkan-perppu-pemilu-jadi-undang-undang\/\">DPR Sahkan Perppu Pemilu jadi Undang-Undang<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terkait itu, delapan dari sembilan fraksi di DPR RI yaitu Golkar, Gerindra, Demokrat, PKB, PAN, NasDem, PPP, dan PKS menolak pemberlakuan sistem proporsional tertutup pada Pemilu 2024. Sedangkan PDI Perjuangan mendukung sistem proporsional tertutup.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sistem proporsional tertutup, calon legislatif yang terpilih bukan atas dasar perolehan suaranya.
